1.Risk of Cancer

High consumption of red meat may  increase your risk of certain

 types of cancer,such as colorectal,stomach and esophageal 

cancer.Cooking of red meat at high temperature or processed in

 certain ways,carcinogens,or cancer-causing compound can 

forms.Taking these carcinogens with your food increases your risk

 of developing cancer.Researchers also made us to believe that non-

red meat food can also form the same carcinogen.

2.High Mortality

Researchers has clearly shown the relationship between high red 

meat consumption and increase risk of mortality. The evidence also

 shows that consuming one serving of red meat per day significantly

 increases your risk of dying from cardiovascular diseases or 

cancer.

Alternatively, They provide an option of replacing one serving of

 red meat per day with a serving of another food ,such as fish, 

poultry or nut, would actually decrease your risk of mortality.

3. It  Causes Type 2 Diabetes

The risk of developing type 2 diabetes as a result of heavy 

consumption of red meat is high according to the research carried 

out. Processed red meat posed an even greater threat, increasing the

 risk of type 2 diabetes. The  effect can be reduced by replacing red

 meat with a serving of nuts, low-fat dairy or whole grains.

4.Heart Diseases

Red meat ,specifically processed red meat may increase your risk 

for heart disease. Processed red meat includes any smoke, cured or

 salted meat, such as hot dogs,bacon,luncheon meats an sausage.

In conclusion, the fat and iron in red meat may increase oxidative 

stress and inflammation within your body, which can also

 contribute to heart disease and stroke.

How To Reduce Cancer Risk by Maintaining a Lifestyle That Protect Heart

In order to maintain a healthy lifestyle without being attack by any chronic disease,I would like to give you these following tips if properly adhere to ,will improve the heart health and ultimately reduce the risk of cancer.

1.Maintaing a healthy weight:Make sure that your body mass index(BMI) is not higher than 25

2.Eat a healthy diet:  Always eat food low in saturated and trans fat cholesterol sodium and added sugar;high in low grain fiber lean protein and a variety of colour fruits and vegetables.

3.Get Active:Do exercise your body in order to raise the physical activity to 150 minutes a week(e.g half hour of brisk walking five days  a week

4.Reduce the Blood Sugar: Minimize the consumption of sugar related food like carbohydrate in order to maintain the blood sugar level below 100 and if the blood sugar level is above 100 could indicate diabetes or prediabetes.

5.Avoid smoking: Smoking is the most important preventable cause of premature death in the US: apart from increasing risk of lung cancer, by itself it increases the risk of coronary heart disease and is also a major risk factor for stroke

6.Manage Blood Pressure:Do relax your body so as to  maintain a reasonable blood pressure.A normal blood pressure  is less than 120 mm Hg systolic AND less than 80 mm Hg diastolic. Prehypertension is 120 - 139 systolic OR 80 - 89 diastolic.
