Having carried out various research on how women can easily lose weight without any side effect,I
was able to arrive on the following points which i thought it would be
beneficial to all womanhood in particular and entire human race in general
These are the following ways of losing weight
1 .Taking more
water:Drinking of water only is one of the best diet tip of losing weight
in women.It is a great way to flush your system and carbonated soda that are
full of sugar.If you want to add some flavour to your water,add some squeezed
lemon.A good diet to lose weight will also mean cutting your alcohol
consumption as it is very high in calories.
2.Careful use
of spreads:Avoid spreading cream cheese or butter on your toast or
bagel.Use butter substitutes instead such as peanut butter or almond
butter.They both have low calories while peanut butter is also contain protein.
3.Walking
through a distance:Assuming that you do not have mobility problem,walk or
trek through a few distance will help keep body metabolism throughout the
day.If you take long distance on a daily basis,it is good way to lose weight.
4.Eat apple
before meal:Eating of apple before every meal is another important way of
losing weight without any stress.It will fill you up before begin eating the
main portion of your meal and it is the healthy way to get extra fibre and water into your diet.
5.Have a snack
plan:Planning your snack is a good way to lose weight.If you have a snack
plan,it will make your caloric intake goal much easier for the day.This mean
you can stay away from unhealthy food when you are hungry.
6.Avoid taking
processed food:Do away with processed food that come in can,box,carton or
bag.These have been adjusted from their natural state in order to increase
their shelf life.They are often poor quality and have little or no nutritional
value.
7.Playing with
kids:Playing with your kids is a good way to lose weight and kid love it
too.They really like to run around and be active when they are outdoor.Play tag
with them,go for cycle ride or take a work.They will love doing these thing
with you and your body will appreciate the exercise.
